We are looking for a Project Manager who lives and breathes steel,someone who understands the grit of the workshop and the precision required for high-level fabrication.

The Mission

You’ll be responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and completion of specific projects. You aren't just watching the clock, you’re ensuring every project aligns with the company’s strategic goals and delivers the high-quality results our clients expect.

Your day-to-day will look like:

• Driving Results: Coordinating and monitoring the workflow of multiple projects simultaneously

• Technical Lead: Issuing shop drawings for approval and fabrication, this is where your steel expertise shines.
• The Bridge: Acting as the key liaison between internal teams, external stakeholders, and clients.
• On-Site Authority: Attending site and production meetings to keep everything on tra
• Problem Solving: Identifying improvements, managing variations, and keeping job files organised.

What You Bring

• Steel Expertise: You have a solid background in steel work or structural fabrication.

• Technical Eye: You can read and interpret technical drawings with your eyes closed.

• Local Credentials: You hold a valid White Card and a current Driver’s License.

• Leadership Grit: You’re a sharp communicator who can negotiate, delegate, and handle the pressure of a fast-paced environment.

• Qualified: You have a Diploma, Degree, or the equivalent "boots-on-the-ground" experience to back it up.
